Terms of use - Wi-Fi Analyzer

Last updated: 30 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Wi-Fi Analyzer, provided by Rivia Corp s.r.o. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

What the app provides

Wi-Fi Analyzer provides network information, discovery, speed tests, and diagnostic tools. Tools and available measurements differ between iOS and macOS and depend on system permissions and network access. Use scanning, probing, and inspection only on networks and devices you own or are authorized to test. Do not use the app to bypass access controls or interfere with another network.

Tests contact local devices, entered destinations, and external diagnostic providers. They generate network traffic, and speed tests can consume substantial bandwidth or mobile data. You are responsible for connection charges and any network-provider restrictions.

Results describe the conditions during a test. Device discovery can miss nonresponsive or restricted devices; a result is not proof that a network is secure or free of unknown devices. The Mac local inspection extension is a diagnostic tool, not a remote VPN or anonymity service. Review exported history and support snapshots before sharing because they can contain network identifiers and addresses.

Your license and responsibilities

You may use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the applicable App Store usage rules and license supplied with your download. Apple’s standard app license applies where no custom license accompanies the download. Rivia Corp s.r.o. provides the app and support; Apple is not the provider of our app services.

Do not use the app unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, bypass purchase or access controls, disrupt services, or remove proprietary notices. Reverse engineering restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law and the licenses of included open-source software.

We and our licensors retain rights in the app’s software, branding, and supplied materials. You retain your existing rights in content you provide. You must have permission to use that content and to disclose any personal information it contains. You authorize the processing needed for the features you request, as described in the privacy policy. Importing content does not make it public or transfer its ownership to us.

Purchases and subscriptions

Prices, billing periods, included features, usage limits, and any trial or introductory offer are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation before you pay. Apple handles billing through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple subscription settings. If you do not want a trial to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Manage or cancel subscriptions using Apple’s subscription controls. Use the app’s restore-purchases action for eligible purchases. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases can be made through Apple’s refund process, subject to applicable law and Apple’s terms. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain in place.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains the app’s data handling, permissions, external services, retention, and your rights. System permissions described there remain separate from agreement to these terms.

Availability and liability

Features depend on the app version, compatible hardware, operating-system permissions, and the availability of external services. Network or service failures can interrupt features. Keep separate copies of content you need. We may provide updates or change services, subject to existing purchase commitments and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses only where the law permits that exclusion. These terms do not exclude mandatory warranties, consumer remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and disputes

Czech law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, you retain mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings that apply in your country of residence. Contact us first about a complaint. Disputes may be brought before courts with jurisdiction under applicable law; these terms do not require you to waive mandatory consumer remedies.

Changes

We will post updated terms here with a new date and provide further notice when required for material changes. Changes do not remove rights already acquired under a purchase or mandatory law. If you disagree with updated terms, stop using the affected service and manage any subscription through Apple.
